Local Storage Only

All data you enter in MoodFlow AI is stored exclusively on your device, including:

  • Mood entries and emotional reflections
  • Water intake logs and hydration goals
  • Personal photos and AI-generated stories
  • App settings and preferences

We do not maintain user accounts or store your personal data on any servers.

You maintain complete control over your information at all times.

AI Photo Analysis

When you use our AI Photo Storytelling feature:

  • Your photos are sent to our secure cloud service for AI analysis
  • Photos are processed to generate descriptive stories
  • No personal identifying information is sent with photo analysis requests
  • All communication is encrypted using industry-standard protocols

Subscription Management

For premium features:

  • Subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store
  • We do not collect or store payment information
  • All billing is handled directly by Apple

Required App Store Declarations

  • Data Not Collected: We do not collect any personal information, contact information, identifiers, or health data from your device
  • Data Used for App Functionality Only: Photos submitted for AI analysis are used solely for generating stories and are not linked to your identity
  • No Tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites
  • No User Accounts: We do not require registration or maintain user profiles

Device Permissions

MoodFlow AI requests the following permissions solely for app functionality:

  • Camera Access: To capture photos for mood entries and AI storytelling
  • Photo Library: To select existing photos for AI analysis
  • Notifications: To send optional reminders
  • Face ID/Touch ID: For optional privacy lock feature (processed locally on device)

All permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.

Your Rights and Control

  • Complete Data Control: All your data is stored locally on your device
  • Easy Data Deletion: Delete all data by simply deleting the app
  • No Data Recovery: Once deleted, no data recovery is possible as we don't maintain backups
